Translating Complex Wireless Technology into an Engaging Physical Experience
Situation
Airspan needed a trade show environment that could clearly communicate multiple advanced wireless solutions, including private networks, Open RAN, and in-building connectivity , within a single cohesive booth experience. The challenge was presenting highly technical content in a way that was both visually engaging and easy to understand in a busy exhibition setting.
Task
Develop a complete graphic system for the booth that organized multiple product narratives, reinforced brand presence, and created a clear, intuitive experience for attendees moving through the space.
Action
I designed a modular graphic system that segmented the booth into distinct solution zones, each with its own messaging hierarchy while maintaining overall visual consistency. Large-format wall graphics were used to communicate key value propositions at a distance, while secondary messaging and product details supported deeper engagement at closer range.
The visual language leveraged gradient forms, layered shapes, and clean typography to create a modern, technology-driven aesthetic that aligned with Airspan’s brand. Messaging was simplified and prioritized to ensure clarity in a high-traffic environment, where attention spans are limited.
Careful attention was given to scale, sightlines, and flow, ensuring that branding, messaging, and product displays worked together cohesively from multiple angles throughout the booth.
Result
The final environment delivered a clear, immersive brand experience that made complex wireless solutions more approachable and easier to navigate. The booth effectively supported both high-level brand awareness and deeper product conversations, helping position Airspan as a leader in next-generation connectivity.

MatSing needed a trade show environment that could communicate its innovative lens antenna technology while reinforcing a premium, forward-thinking brand presence. The booth had to balance technical product storytelling with a clean, high-end visual experience that would stand out in a competitive exhibition space.
Task
Develop a cohesive graphic system for the booth that elevated brand perception, clearly communicated product capabilities, and created an inviting, structured environment for both presentations and client conversations.
Action
I designed a comprehensive graphic approach that integrated brand messaging, product visuals, and architectural elements into a unified experience. Large-scale graphics were used to establish strong brand presence from a distance, while more detailed messaging supported deeper engagement within the space.
The visual language emphasized clean geometry, controlled color use, and layered graphic elements to create a modern, technology-driven aesthetic. Messaging was streamlined to focus on key benefits and performance outcomes, ensuring clarity in a fast-paced trade show environment.
I also considered how the graphics interacted with the physical structure, aligning visuals with architectural lines, sightlines, and lighting to create a seamless and polished environment.
Result
The final booth delivered a refined, high-impact brand experience that elevated MatSing’s presence on the show floor. It effectively combined strong visual identity with clear product communication, supporting both brand awareness and meaningful client engagement.
